TOP5 Eurovision ABS! (Hungary 2014)

Some of us like shirtless singers. In ESC we have seen some hot male singers. Would you like to know which of them we consider they have the best abs???

#5. Oscar Loya (Germany 2009)
Even his act was not so good, he's hot!

#4. Aleksey Vorobyov (Russia 2011)
Nice russian boy! Even better than Dima Bilan.

#3. Farid Mammadov (Azerbaijan 2013)
He's really really hot. Fab abs.

#2. Blue (United Kingdom 2011)
Not just one. FOUR boys with abs!

#1. Kallay Saunders (Hungary 2014)
He's so cute, and so hot.

His song 'Running' is one of the favourites this year. Listen to it. I hope you like it.

TOP5 Barbara Dex Award Winners (Moldova 2014)

Moldova's entry is sang by the unknown singer Cristina Scarlat. The jury voted her original performance as the best in O Melodie Pentru Europa 2014, and even it didn't receive the 12 points from the televote, 'Wild soul' was the winner of the night.

The oddest thing in the performance is the dress she's wearing. A good candidate to win the Barbara Dex Award. Because of this we prepared this TOP5:

TOP5 BARBARA DEX AWARD WINNERS

#5. Debbie Scerri - Let me fly (Malta 1997)
The first winner of this award, nice song, horrible dress.

#4. Rona Nishliu - Suus (Albania 2012)
One of the best songs in 2012 but... what the hell as she wearing??? A table cloth???

#3. Lydia - No quiero escuchar (Spain 1999)
The song was so good! It was nice to hear but horrible to watch. Agatha Ruiz de la Prada please, make towels, schoolbags, pencil cases... but don't do dresses!!!

#2. Michalis Rakintzis - S.A.G.A.P.O (Greece 2002)
It left me speechless... What...? What...? What's that?

#1. Gisela - Casanova (Andorra 2008)
It wasn't liked in it's own country because it was chosen internally for the first time in Andorra. But what is she wearing in her head? A spoon???

Hope you like it!

TOP5 Trans Acts (Austria 2014)

Today, the Austrian broadcaster has presented its song for ESC2014. Despite Conchita Wurst was one of the first artists confirmed to be on the Copenhagen stage, the song is the last one we hear for this year's contest.

Tom Neuwirth participated in Starmania 2007. But he wasn't a recognized artist until people knew his alter ego Conchita Wurst.
She tried to go to Eurovision Song Contest in 2012, but she became second, just behind Trackshittaz. But this year, she has been selected internally by the Austrian broadcaster.

TOP5 TRANS ACTS in Eurovision.

Transvestites, transexuals, transgender, drags... We all love them as you can see in this top5.

#5. DQ - Drama Queen (Denmark 2007)
It didn't qualify for the final, but it was funny!

#4. Dana International - Ding dong (Israel 2011)
It was her coming back to the ESC.

#3. Sestre - Samo Ljubezen (Slovenia 2002)
The first drag queen to be on Eurovision Stage.

#2. Verka Serduchka - Dancing Lasha Tumbai (Ukraine 2007)
She almost had the victory in 2007, luckily, it was Marija Serifovic (another transvestite???) who won that year.

#1. Dana International - Diva (Israel 1998)
It was 16 years ago when this transexual won ESC for ISRAEL!!! It was amazing! I almost cried! (It was my very first ESC)

TOP5 Onomatopeic songs (Ukraine 2014)

Maria Yaremchuk is a young singer from Ukraine. She was selected by both public and jury as the best candidate in the national final celebrated December 21st 2013.
Her song Tick-Tock is a pop-dance song composed by the same Maria.

There are lots of Eurovision songs with onomatopeias on its titles. Do you want our know the top5?

TOP5 ONOMATOPEIC SONGS

#5. Dana International - Ding dong (Israel 2011)
Even she's not in the final, we consider she must be in this Top5 for such a schlager song.

#4. Mary Hopkin - Knock knock (UK 1970)
Even it's not a well-known song, it had a second place in ESC1970.

#3. Hadise - Dum tek tek (Turkey 2009)
Beautiful Hadise with the sound of the drums was fifth on ESC that year.

#2. Teach-in - Ding-a-dong (Netherland 1975)
The last victory for the Netherlands was this happy song.

#1. Lulu - Boom bang-a-bang (the UK 1969)
1969. 4 winners. One of them was Lulu form UK singing that song, the best onomatopeic song in ESC for us. Do you think the same?

TOP5 Swedish Divas (Sweden 2014)

Last Saturday, the Swedish people voted for their favourite entry on the Melodifestivalen. They chose Sanna Nielsen for ESC2014 with her song 'Undo'.

She's got everything she need to become a Swedish Diva (if she isn't already one of them), they're blond, they're tall and pretty and they's so so so talented. Let's see our top5 of Nordic Divas.

TOP5 SWEDISH DIVAS

#5. Malena Ernman - La Voix (Sweden 2009)
Just because I love her. She's amazing!

#4. Alice Babbs - Lilla stjärna (Sweden 1958)
The first Swedish entry ever. Isn't she cute?

#3. Kikki Danielsson - Bra Vibrationer (Sweden 1985)
A great diva from the 80s, she was in the band 'Chips', too, in 1982 when they act in ESC. (don't read the title in English! It's Swedish and it means 'Good Vibrations'!!!)

#2. Charlotte Perrelli (a.k.a. Charlotte Nilsson) - Take me to your heaven / Hero (Sweden 1999/2008)
She won as a cute girl in 1999, and she came back as an alien in 2008. No. Just a joke. I adore her!

#1. Carola - Främling / Fängad av en stormvind / Invincible (Sweden 1983/1991/2006)
It could only be her. 3 times in ESC, and always in the TOP5!!! She's the most diva between the divas! She's C-A-R-O-L-A!!!

Diva kisses for everyone!

TOP5 Sweet songs (Belarus 2014)

Last January 10th, Belarus decided that TEO and 'Cheesecake' would be its song for Eurovision Song Contest 2014.

TEO's kind of a Robin Thicke bad dancer, singing a kind of love song with some odd sounds on the background. The song's not bad at all but... there's something missing to be the top1 on the eurovision sweet songs.

TOP 5 SWEET SONGS

#5. Tó Cruz - Baunilha e chocolate (Portugal 1995)

#4. Monique Melsen - Pomme, pomme, pomme (Luxembourg 1971)

#3 Alyosha - Sweet People (Ukraine 2010)

#2 Anneli Saaristo - La dolce vita (Finland 1989)

#1 Eva Rivas - Apricot Stone (Armenia 2010)

What do you think about our TOP5??? Did we miss any good entry???
